01 · Get ready, or record first
Check on-device resources in My → Intelligence. Initial setup needs a connection and storage; you can keep audio first. The app requires iOS 17+ and watchOS 10+ for Watch. Actual AI availability depends on your device, language, and model state.
02 · Record and bookmark
Tap record, pause as needed, bookmark a moment, or add notes. Confirm saving when you finish. Watch supports quick capture and sends audio to the paired phone for organization. You can leave the recording screen after starting; interruptions and battery life still affect duration.
03 · Read and check
Switch between transcript, summary, and notes. Follow time references to the source. Correct text and regenerate a summary. To redo recognition, use Transcribe again at the top of details and check the language and confirmation first.
04 · Link a topic
Use Topics and context in recording details to associate a topic. On-device AI may suggest links and proposals. Check the source and choose whether to accept them; a proposal does not automatically become a confirmed arrangement.
05 · Keep or share
Choose a destination through system sharing or export. Create full backups in My → Data. Local AI does not mean copies in cloud drives, email, or system backups stay only on your device; choose those destinations deliberately.
