MingxiAI operates Liusonary. Contact liusonary@mingxi.io for privacy questions, data requests, and support. This policy covers the current iPhone and Apple Watch apps and this website.
Audio and local processing
Audio you actively record or import, transcripts, summaries, notes, topics, source references, and preferences are stored on your devices. On-device models process that content. The current app does not upload audio or transcript content to a MingxiAI AI server or call a hosted language-model API for summaries and answers. Review AI proposals yourself.
Permissions and Watch transfers
The microphone supports recording you actively start. Applicable system transcription requests speech-recognition permission and requires on-device recognition support. You can revoke permissions in system settings. Watch audio transfers to your paired iPhone using Apple Watch Connectivity; the system schedules delivery, and Watch keeps its copy until the phone confirms saving it.
Model downloads and third parties
Initial model and system-language setup needs a network connection. Resources come from Apple or the model source shown in the app, currently including Hugging Face, available mirrors, and ModelScope. Download services receive network information needed to serve the request, such as an IP address. Model downloads do not upload your recordings or transcript. Those providers govern their own service data under their policies.
Sharing, exports, and backups
Sharing, export, and restore operations follow your actions. Other apps, cloud drives, and enabled system backups may keep copies under your settings and their policies. Deleting an in-app record does not automatically delete exported files, recipients’ copies, or system backups. Manage those copies separately.
Retention and control
Local data remains until you delete it, replace it during a restore, or remove the relevant app data through the system. Restore protection may retain a previous local library; you manage exported backups. Model files can be managed in the app and permissions in system settings. No MingxiAI account is required, and the current app has no account service that automatically syncs all your recordings to our servers.
Website and support email
This website embeds no advertising, third-party analytics, or nonessential cookies. Providing and protecting the site or diagnosing errors may involve basic network and error logs such as IP addresses, paths, and times; these are not linked to app recordings. If you email us, we receive your address and message to respond and handle the request. Start with a redacted description rather than private audio. Request deletion of personal information in support email using the same address.
Changes and scope
The current version does not offer health analysis or automatic all-day capture. This dated policy may change with features; new uses will be explained in the relevant experience and consent obtained where needed. The actual state of your local files depends on your device, backups, and app controls.
